The new email address for the internet application of foreigner's visa and certificate in Beijing is: bjcrj-wq@nia.gov.cn.
北京外国人签证和居留证的网络申请新电子邮件地址为：bjcrj-wq@nia.gov.cn。
The original email address bjgacrj2024@163.com will no longer be in use as of October 31, 2024.
自2024年10月31日起不再使用。

为便利外国申请人，自2024年6月起，北京市公安局出入境管理局为外国新生儿申请居留许可开通了在线服务，无需现场办理。

The parents or agents of the foreign baby scan the passport or other international travel document information page, valid visa document page, and the birth certificate of the foreign baby.
外国婴儿的父母或代理人扫描护照或其他国际旅行证件信息页、有效签证证件页以及外国婴儿的出生证明。
2. Send an email

Send the scanned documents to the Internet emailbox of the Beijing Public Security Bureau Exit and Entry Administration for foreigner visa and certificate processing.
将扫描的文件发送至北京市公安局出入境管理局外国人签证和居留证处理的网络邮箱。
3. Wait for the review result
3. 等待审核结果
The Beijing Public Security Bureau Exit and Entry Administration will feedback the review result through the emailbox within 7 working days after receiving the email. The online registration procedures will be completed after the review is passed.
北京市公安局出入境管理局将在收到电子邮件后7个工作日内通过邮箱反馈审核结果。审核通过后，在线登记手续将完成。
