FIP猫传腹新知

其实也不是太新，不过是UC Davis FIP一线researcher，内科医生Dr. Reagan在2024 ACVIM大会上自己pick的关于FIP的highlights： What we have learned • FIP is treatable! FIP不是不治之症！ • Most of the cats that died did so within 1-5 days of beginning treatment. 大部分FIP治疗中去世的猫猫是在治疗的前五天去世的。（换句话说，猫猫如果撑过治疗的前五天，大概率会活下来。） • It is difficult to find the virus in cats that were treated for even a short period of time 很难在已经开始治疗的猫猫中找到病毒，即使只是刚开始治疗几天。（换句话说，如果治疗前没确诊，开始治疗后就更难确诊。） • Many of these cats have intercurrent disease ：bacterial sepsis, heart disease, bronchopneumonia, gastrontestral bleedng 很多患有FIP的猫猫会有同时患有其他疾病，比如细菌感染、心脏疾病、肺炎、肠道出血等。
