Zhang Zongbiao: Communist Party member, was born in 1941 in Yongshou County, Shaanxi Province. Graduated from Northwestern University and worked for Xianyang Normal University (retired) . Professor of calligraphy, National first-class calligrapher, Calligrapher of State Protocol, member of Chinese Calligrphers Association, member of Chinese couplet society, member of Shaanxi Calligraphers Association, zhang Zongbiao hired by China Central Television's painting and Calligraphy Channel as an art consultant 24 September 2020 the Chinese Calligrphers Association's chairman, Su Shishu, gave an inscription to Zhang zongbiao, “The People's artist”. On December 6,2020, Zhang Zongbiao, China Artists Association chairman of the CPC fan di'an, presented “Benchmark of the times” with an inscription. On 17 September, the chairman of the China Calligraphy Association, Sun Xiaoyun, 2021 an inscription to Zhang Zongbiao, entitled “National Treasure Master of Art”. Zhang Zongbiao is currently a researcher at the Cultural History Museum of the Shaanxi Provincial Government of the People's Republic of China Counsellor's office, President of the Xianyang branch of the Shaanxi Academy of Calligraphy and painting, honorary chairman of the Shaanxi Cultural Communication Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Chairman of the Chinese calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary vice-chairman of the People's Art Appreciation Center of the People's Daily, vice-chairman of the working committee for Calligraphers and painters of the new art group of the Association of Chinese calligraphers and painters, and Honorary Chairman of the World Literature and Art Entrepreneurs Exchange CenterZhang Zongbiao is currently a research fellow at the Cultural History Museum of the Shaanxi Provincial Government of the People's Republic of China Counsellor's office, President Emeritus of the Xianyang branch of the Shaanxi Academy of Calligraphy and painting, consultant of the Shaanxi Cultural Commu.
