彭義潯，1951年出生于江西九江瑞昌市横港镇風景村，筆名:樂山子，公务员，中共党员。退居后不忘初心，以筆墨为伴，走遍大江南北几十个省市，为弘揚中華先進文化藝術，歷盡艱辛，揮毫泼墨。

十多年來，先後在全國大中城市創办了几十个书画平台，以其優秀作品，為黨為人民書寫正能量。准确的講，以诗歌、書法、繪畫齊頭并進，貼近生活，為社会输入造血功能；以铸魂立志为廣大人民群衆注入精神財富，播下了中華五千年文明史。以他本人所說:"我为江山诗书画、我为人民写心声"。

他以超凡的詩書畫精品博得了千千萬萬人的赞頌；他以厚積薄發的碩德精神赢得了廣群衆的崇拜和尊敬。再具体的说，彭義潯先生入神入化的多样性的書法和诗词绘画作品让人催人奮進，創造了獨特的藝術魅力。他独创的隐形体，史无前例，書体多種，样样美觀，淋漓尽致，几十种草书各显特色。是中国书法界千古以来少之又少的書法天才。

書法且由心法，來源于字外之功，足以見証了其本人的内心世界的昇華和对大自然审美极其豐富的想象力与人生堪练经验及情懷的理性認知、感知融合汇聚的结晶。他尊古創新别具一格，把中国傳統書法藝術灑向了一道亮麗、推昇到耳目一新的時代高峰與跨越。創造了書画界舉世瞩目的産物。他創作的绘画《熊猫图》新颖雅趣，2017年8月在深圳拍卖252万元。因為功成名就，彭義潯老師先后几次跻身于人民大會堂、全國政協禮堂代表藝術界上台演講，多次接受央视电台、省台采訪，参加无数次全国大型书画交流集会、笔会及个人書畫作品展覧，為中華書畫藝術的傳承與發展作出了歷史性的突出貢献。

彭義潯老師現擔任中國民族文化研究會詩書畫藝術委員會終身名誉主席、中國文化藝術國際傳播大使，榮获國際知名藝術家、中國國禮藝術家、世界藝術三人行大師、中國文藝泰斗、全國文化藝術歷届十大年度人物。
